Move iQ Property Report: £14.99–£24.99, Contents and Alternatives
Last updated:
Quick answer
Move iQ's Sprift-hosted portal advertises Key Facts 1 at £14.99, Key Facts 2 at £19.99 and Full Spencer at £24.99. The published checklist covers property records, local-area information and other categories by tier, with availability caveats. HouseCheckup Complete is also £24.99, but the products are not identical. This page compares published contents and review methods; it does not claim an unpurchased Move iQ report lacks every hazard absent from its sales page.
| Feature | HouseCheckup | Move iQ |
|---|---|---|
| Published price/access | Lite £9.99; Complete £24.99, one-off | Key Facts 1 £14.99; Key Facts 2 £19.99; Full Spencer £24.99 |
| Purpose | Available property screening records, checked by a person; sources and coverage vary by topic and UK nation | Three Sprift-powered consumer property-report tiers |

Our verdict
Move iQ offers a genuine consumer report route with clearly priced tiers. Choose the level whose current checklist meets your needs. HouseCheckup is an alternative for available official-source screening reviewed by a person, with no automated valuation or formal-search claim. Do not select either solely because it carries more feature names.

What do the three prices buy?
The consumer portal names Key Facts 1 as the property-focused tier, Key Facts 2 as property and local-area information, and Full Spencer as the fuller report. The current prices are £14.99, £19.99 and £24.99 respectively. Use the live ticked checklist to determine which categories belong to which tier; a headline list of everything available somewhere in the range is not the specification of its entry product. We checked the advertised ladder on 5 September 2026 without completing a purchase.
What is in a Move iQ report?
The Move iQ explanation describes property records, maps, energy information, local-area statistics and planning context, with a sample link. The portal expands the checklist into categories such as schools, transport, listing comparables and transaction history. The exact contents vary by tier and available data. A sample can show layout and kinds of evidence, but it does not guarantee that a particular flat or an address with incomplete records has the same populated fields.
Environmental questions need an exact specification
If flood mapping, coal mining or radon is your main concern, ask whether the chosen tier supplies that topic, which source is used and what the result can establish. We have not independently tested the complete paid output and therefore do not claim that Move iQ or the wider Sprift platform has no environmental data. An area map, an address-related record and a formal environmental search are different deliverables. The same caution applies to HouseCheckup: its ground and radon screening does not diagnose a building or measure indoor gas.
What equal headline prices do not tell you
Full Spencer costs £24.99 and HouseCheckup Complete costs £24.99 at this review date. That does not make one an automatic value winner. Consider whether the product supports the question you have, whether you can trace a finding to its source and how missing information is handled. Move iQ publishes a rapid self-service delivery proposition; HouseCheckup includes human review. For the platform relationship see Sprift pricing and consumer access, and for a concise checklist read what is in a Move iQ report.
What a HouseCheckup report can establish
HouseCheckup combines the available official-source risk maps, property records and area context for a chosen address. A person reviews the report before it is emailed. A score using 6 factors is shown where sufficient data is available; missing checks are identified. Sold-price records are context, not a valuation. Planning designations are not a complete planning-application history. Ground and radon bands describe mapped areas rather than measurements of the building. Neither a postcode match nor a reassuring score proves that a property has no defects.
Our current purchase options are Lite £9.99 and Complete £24.99, paid once. We do not promise an automated valuation, title register, owner names, a contaminated-land liability opinion or a CON29M search. A physical survey and the legal searches requested by a solicitor serve different purposes. Check the illustrative sample and current offer and delivery terms before ordering.
Make the comparison on the same basis
Use the exact product name when checking a quote. A consumer report, recurring research account, professional data platform and formal environmental search are different purchases. Confirm the address, geographic coverage, records included and the date of any source before relying on a result. A feature absent from a public checklist is not proof that the provider cannot supply it. This page reports what we could verify publicly; it does not award a numerical quality score or reproduce unverified customer allegations.
For the broader buying decision, see our report comparison guide and the self-published HouseCheckup review. If you need something our report does not supply, use the relevant official service or professional rather than interpreting a lower price as equivalent coverage.
