Coverage is not identical in each: some official sources publish for one nation and not another, so every report names the checks it could not run at your address rather than scoring them as a pass. Prices include VAT. Human-checked and emailed to you.

What you can check without buying a report
There is no free tier of the report. What runs in your browser is our House Check and the other checkers and calculators: enter a postcode to see the available area risk data. The House Check tool shows a score when enough checks are available. No card or signup is needed to use these tools.
Those readings are postcode-area level. They describe the area, not an individual building. The paid report is the layer that runs against a specific address.
Reports and formal searches serve different purposes
HouseCheckup brings together public property and area records. It is not a building survey, a title investigation or a contaminated-land liability assessment. Your solicitor can advise which formal searches you need.

Is there a free version of the report?
No. Lite costs £9.99 and Complete costs £24.99, each as a one-off purchase. Our postcode-area tools can be used without buying a report. They describe the available area-level data, not the condition of an individual building.
Which reports can I buy?
Lite (£9.99) and Complete (£24.99) are available for one address. Complete brings together available flood and ground risk, price history, matched EPC information and neighbourhood context in an emailed PDF. Investor Pro is currently unavailable for new purchases.
How do I get my report?
Human-checked and emailed to you. The PDF goes to the email address used at checkout. Keep your order confirmation and contact us if you need help with your order.
Does this replace an environmental search?
No. Our Complete report at £24.99 gives public-data risk and area context for a buyer. It does not provide a contaminated-land liability opinion or a formal CON29M coal-mining search. Ask your solicitor which formal searches your purchase needs.
What data sources do you use?
Sources include HM Land Registry, the Environment Agency, EPC records, police.uk, the British Geological Survey and other public datasets. Each report explains the sources and missing checks. We cover England, Wales and Scotland. Coverage is not identical in each: some official sources publish for one nation and not another, so every report names the checks it could not run at your address rather than scoring them as a pass.
What if something in my report does not look right?
Reply to the report email and a person will check your question. Some questions need a surveyor or solicitor, and we will say when they do.
How often is the data updated?
Publication dates vary by source. The report shows the available records and their dates; it does not imply that every dataset updates at the same time.
Do you offer subscriptions for professionals?
There is no subscription product. Every report is a one-off purchase. Use the contact form to discuss other needs; submitting an enquiry does not start a paid plan.
