Seven days, 30 days and a year are access periods

The public purchase pages give £2.99 for seven days and £8.99 for 30 days, with a £16.99 annual-access option. They describe one-off consumer access rather than the business subscription. An access pass is not the same unit as one delivered report. If you intend to research several properties, compare what can be viewed during the period, any fair-usage restrictions and what remains accessible afterwards.

The business subscription is a separate purchase

The business page currently advertises £24.99 per month and says billing starts immediately and repeats monthly. That should not be conflated with the £16.99 one-year consumer access pass. A professional customer should read the branding, export and usage terms for the business product; a consumer should confirm that the checkout is for the intended pass. The repeated appearance of the word report does not make every plan a like-for-like alternative to a report reviewed and emailed for one address.

Documents have their own charges

The document purchase page displays a £14.49 lease-copy payment and a separate £18 addition for title register and plan. These are advertised consumer charges, not a claim that PropertyChecker creates the underlying official documents. Read what is ordered, the expected timing and whether a direct official-service purchase is more appropriate. We use the visible payment label rather than an inconsistent lower number embedded in page data. Confirm the final amount at checkout before authorising payment.

Self-service lookups versus interpreted findings

Property information sites may expose useful sale, EPC, council-tax and lease-related records. The buyer still needs to ensure the record is for the right property and understand what it does not establish. An area band distribution is not necessarily the band of the particular flat; a registered lease entry is not a legal opinion on its terms. What a HouseCheckup report can establish

HouseCheckup combines the available official-source risk maps, property records and area context for a chosen address. A person reviews the report before it is emailed. A score using 6 factors is shown where sufficient data is available; missing checks are identified. Sold-price records are context, not a valuation. Planning designations are not a complete planning-application history. Ground and radon bands describe mapped areas rather than measurements of the building. Neither a postcode match nor a reassuring score proves that a property has no defects.

Use the exact product name when checking a quote. A consumer report, recurring research account, professional data platform and formal environmental search are different purchases. Confirm the address, geographic coverage, records included and the date of any source before relying on a result.
