- What exactly am I buying?
- A set of redemption codes for the Complete report. The Complete 5-pack issues 5 codes for £69; the Complete 10-pack issues 10 codes for £119. Each code is one Complete report on one address.
- How do the codes work?
- We email the codes to you once Stripe confirms payment. On /get-report, enter the property address and paste one of your codes into the "Have a code?" box — the Complete report is delivered the normal way, with no further charge.
- How long do the codes last?
- Twelve months from purchase. After that they stop working, so screen your pipeline inside the year.
- Can I transfer codes to a colleague?
- Codes are tied to the email that bought the bundle. If a colleague should use them, forward them the email — we don't police who types them in, we just ask you to keep the record straight.
- What's in the Complete report?
- Human-checked and emailed to you. The report brings together available flood and ground risk, matched EPC, sold-price history, planning designations and area context, with source limits and missing checks named. We cover England, Wales and Scotland. Coverage is not identical in each: some official sources publish for one nation and not another, so every report names the checks it could not run at your address rather than scoring them as a pass.
- Do you offer refunds on unused codes?
- Bundles are non-refundable — the discount only makes sense priced as a bundle. If something is seriously wrong with a redeemed report, reply to the delivery email and a person will check it.
- Is this a subscription?
