Three names, three prices
The public checkout distinguishes a property-only Key Facts product, a Property & Local product and the Full Spencer bundle. These are the currently listed £14.99, £19.99 and £24.99 options. The headline entry price should not be combined with the top bundle's checklist in a comparison.
Move iQ describes its report service as powered through Sprift. This consumer route is separate from the professional platform sold on Sprift's main site. A direct consumer report should therefore be compared with other one-off reports, not with an assumed professional subscription.
