An illustrative sample, including the gaps.

Open a sample made with the current report template. It shows how available findings, missing checks and questions for your surveyor appear together. Every figure and the example address are fictional.

What this sample demonstrates

The fixture includes example flood-area, crime and nearby-sale entries. Only the crime component has a scored result; the other headline checks stay unknown. Nearby flood-warning areas are context and cannot substitute for a mapped risk result. This is not a report about a real home or a customer's report. Source names in the template describe the services used in real reports; no live source lookup was used for these fictional figures.

Page count and sections vary with the available records. A real report does not guarantee an answer from every source, and a blank or unavailable result is not an all-clear.

Evidence and its limits

Look for the source, date and scale of each result. A postcode or regional map cell does not describe every building inside it.

Unanswered checks stay visible

The sample keeps missing checks visible and withholds a headline score when the available weight is insufficient.

Questions for the next step

Use the findings to brief the surveyor and conveyancer. The report cannot inspect the home or resolve legal questions.

What the Complete report covers

See an illustrative sample

Check the scope for your home

Complete (£24.99) is human-checked and emailed after preparation. Review the current tier contents and nation-specific coverage before paying. A desk report does not replace a survey, formal searches, legal advice or an insurance quotation.
