The government flood-risk gateway links to the Environment Agency, Natural Resources Wales and SEPA services. England's long-term service describes an area's potential river, sea, surface-water, reservoir and available groundwater risk. It explicitly does not predict flooding for an individual property or cover every local drainage problem.
